The Merrimac Light Department was among twenty public power utilities that have been recognized by the American Public Power Association (APPA) with Public Power Customer Satisfaction Awards for providing excellent service to their communities. We’re honored to be recognized with a Silver Award by the APPA, and want to thank our customers for participating in the survey and giving us high marks for customer service. And of course, thank you to our hard working staff, who deserve this award for their dedication to providing our town with excellent customer service.
The award is the result of receiving high marks from customers in the areas of: customer service, field personnel, communication, reliability, value, outage response, Innovation, and overall satisfaction.
