During working hours Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm, please call the office at 978-346-8311 if you are experiencing any flickering lights or interruption of service, and we will send a lineman immediately to your property.

If you experience any outage after hours, you can still call the number and it will direct you to contact the police. The dispatch at the police department will notify our lineman directly.
